Family Wisdom

FUTR Family Management has been in gestation for the past ten years. Putting together a holistic and deeply thought-through approach to managing family wealth requires time and first-hand experience. As our stories illustrate, my family’s journey has been somewhat circuitous. Whether positive or negative, everything we went through shaped my perspective and guided my life.

My family’s culture builds on a strong Midwestern work ethic based on perseverance, prudence, and hard work. One Midwestern homily passed through generations of my family is an innate distrust of old-line, conventional coastal banks and financial advisors who care more for their institutions than for their clients. Given the mergers and consolidation of the financial services landscape, we strongly believe that families maintain a higher level of control by working with an independent boutique like FUTR. We offer independent advice, full disclosure, and transparency of process.

In FUTR’s business model, rather than the institution being the constant, the family is the constant. There is no relationship we would not readily abandon if our client’s interest was compromised. Our devotion to our clients is that strong.

Sharing our wealth of information and insight via the story presentation is a delight and fulfilling for me. Everyone on my team hopes you enjoy them – and we look forward to you sharing your family stories with us soon.

FUTR Historical Performance

Our historical performance is presented transparently and inclusive of limited and restricted accounts. All returns are presented gross and net of all fees. It is our belief that a measure of reality better equips us to conservatively manage your family’s wealth and legacy.
